We do not share any mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. None of the above categories include opt-in data and consent from SMS senders; such information is not shared with any third parties.

VEXYRA has implemented security policies and technical measures to protect your personal data in accordance with such requirements of the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations. If processing of the personal data is carried out by a third party on behalf of VEXYRA, VEXYRA will require the said third party to protect the personal data that they receive from VEXYRA.

VEXYRA will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. Afterwards VEXYRA will destruct or permanently delete your data.
